We will confirm the identity of the customer in an appropriate manner and then comply with the request.

The company will either suspend, correct, disclose, or delete the information as soon as reasonably possible, based on the customer request.

Furthermore, if any information is found to be incorrect, we will do our best to correct the information or delete it, based on the customer request. Also, if the information is incorrect, we will delete it as well, based on the customer request.

Please note that we may separately charge a reasonable fee in accordance with our regulations.

7．Compliance with Laws and Regulations

When handling our customers’ PII we will comply with the applicable laws and regulations regarding the control and safeguarding of PII in Japan, as well as our internal company regulations.
